Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel. Las mejores cualidades son la limpieza impecable, las instalaciones del hotel, el personal amable y el desayuno delicioso. Las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas, y las vistas impresionantes.

Todo fue maravilloso.

recepcionistas pocos amables. entrada a las 15h, pero salida de las instalaciones a las 11h. precio del late check out excesivo. 25€/persona, para poder quedarse hasta las 17h horas en la piscina ( no en la villa! hasta el parque sur es mas barato!

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Gran Canaria. One aspect that I really appreciated was the excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the variety and quality of the food provided. Speaking of food, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and had a wide selection to choose from. Another positive aspect was the attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax in the evening. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to supermarkets and other amenities in the surrounding area.

I can confidently say that all was more than satisfactory.

swimming pools are great but a little too cool, cleanliness was really great, small attentions in the room (lollipops for the children) were very appreciated.

we had taken the all-inclusive formula, the buffets for lunch were almost identical.

The tranquility of the place, the friendliness of all staff, the continuous animation activities for adults and children, the food . The children don't have time to get bored. There are children's pools and areas with water games.

Due to the heat and fact that the apartments are surrounded by grass, presence of cockroaches at dusk was common in the surroundings and sometimes in the interior. Every day we had to use insecticide. at night, with the windows closed so that they could not enter, we were very hot because the air conditioning was not working properly.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious bungalows with English TV. Great location near Yumbo shopping centre. Fabulous pool area with lovely gardens. Professional entertainment team. Suitable for families and all ages.

bungalows are a little old, very clean. bed was huge and very comfortable, i have never slept so well in a holiday. bungalow was cleaned daily and beds were made. staff was mega friendly.

food. we have already been to parque cristobal in tenerife twice and food was sensational. choice was indeed very big, partly, dishes were completely tasteless or there was too much garlic in it. meat was also mostly tough and very dry. because of the large offer one always found something to eat.

That the entrance was at 3. 30pm and exit was at 11am. for staying the day the option they gave us was to pay 25 euros per adult to spend the day with the all included. the room was free until 17. 30 when we left they could have let us out later without charging us 50 euros for staying in the apartment without any option of food. is the negative.

Not being able to entertain friends who are staying in other facilities...

The meals were very good, the apartment was great. Quiet at night. Good staff.

the hotel favours families with young children and there is a lot of crying and shouting during the meals.

The pool's been redone. Perfect for children with the water park and large pool for parents. Very clean and well maintained. Large bungalow. Excellent bedding . Daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels twice a week. Loan of bathrobes and beach towels. Excellent reception, staff available. Very good entertainment for adults and children. Supermarket 1min walk away. Proximity to the town centre 5min walk away.

Few shuttles to reach the beach. 3 in the morning and 2 for the return. We rented a car, more practical.

nice staff! especially with children everyone is totally relaxed and friendly. all in all we had a great stay. comfortable beds, well-equipped bungalow, beautiful facility, with a buffet for all tastes. nice!

The hotel is a little far from the beach, but at least there is a shuttle bus. The buffet is ok, but sometimes it's not very tasty.

The hotel is very good for families, the pool is large with a jacuzzi (although smaller than in the photos). The bungalows are nice and clean but you can feel the time passing by them. The staff is very attentive and they have activities for the children. The quality and price is not bad

For groups of friends I don't think it's worth it, pool is smaller than in the photos, has a very familiar atmosphere. bungalows are in need of refurbishment and location does not stand out, as it is better to rent a car and move around all the beaches in the south. big mistake: there is NO wifi in the bungalows

We want to make a special mention of several people.. The check-in was done by Placido and he treated us very well, Antonio (the lifeguard) Juan (in charge of hammocks) who were super nice, Alfredo (the lifeguard) who is a darling with children and especially Federico (the entertainer) who conquered us all.

We were 6 days and could not connect the wifi, for the expensive that cost us the all-inclusive was quite limited, nor a slushie with the all-inclusive, there were no snacks in the pool bars, here we snack after 5 and that time ended the snack that was quite scarce.
